Purchasing AND Payments

How do I place an order?

The easiest way is to place your order through the website by adding products to your basket from the product page and then sending the order through to us via the order now button. Alternatively, send anenquiry form,email, or give us a call on01254 926696.
Do you accept purchase orders from schools?

Yes - simply send us a purchase order and we’ll invoice your school directly.
What are your payment terms?

All schools, MATs and local authorities automatically receive 30-day terms from date of delivery. No need to pay up front.
Do your prices include VAT, delivery and assembly?

All prices include delivery and assembly. VAT is added at checkout or on your invoice. Our website prices exclude VAT.

Are your products suitable for PE and Sports Premium funding?

Delivery and assembly

What are your delivery lead times?

We aim to deliver within 4 weeks and will keep you updated throughout. Because we do not sub-contract any part of our business, we’re in control from start to finish.
What’s involved with delivery and assembly?

Almost all our products are delivered fully assembled. Where assembly is required, RE:PLAY DIRECT will do this for you when products are delivered. We will place your products anywhere you would like within the school grounds.
Will the team need access through the school building?

Normally no - we bring everything through outdoor gates wherever possible. It all depends on your site and where you would like the equipment placing.

Are your products suitable for SEND pupils?

Many of our items support inclusive play and movement. We have a range of sensory products, includingSand and Water Play,Mud Kitcens, andMark Making. Our products are all low level making them accessible for almost everyone. If you’re unsure about a products suitability pleaseask us.

Our timber is guaranteed for 5 years and our products are built to last. We’d expect your freestanding playground equipment to last more than 10 years.
Does the wood need maintaining?

No! One of the main benefits of purchasing from RE:PLAY DIRECT is that we use high quality, pressure treated timber which is designed for outside use and to withstand the elements! No ongoing maintenance is required.
What is the likelihood of splinters?

Very low - all timber is planed smooth, rounded, fully treated and professionally finished.
Do you offer replacement parts?

Do we need safety surfacing underneath the equipment?
